The Professional Advisory Committee serves as a body to guide, advise and make recommendations concerning issues relating to the Natick VNA’s clinical programming, professional development, and strategic partnerships .
Annually review and make recommendations concerning the revision or implementation of the agency’s policies governing scope of services offered, admission and discharge policies, medical supervision and plans of care, clinical protocols, emergency care, clinical records, personnel qualifications and program evaluation
Advise the agency on professional issues
Participate in the annual evaluation of the agency’s programs
Assist the agency in maintaining liaison with other health care providers in the community and with the agency’s community information program
Submit recommendations to the agency’s Board of Trustees
